Ms. Cardenas Conn is the founding partner of GCC Immigration, and an accomplished and results-driven legal professional with a 21-year record of successful representation of corporate clients in complex business litigation. In 2009 she commenced on an exclusive immigration practice, imparting to her clients her knowledge of immigration law and her ability to successfully navigate complex immigration matters. As an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Salt Lake City Chapter. She participated in extensive immigration training at the AILA National Conference on Employment-BasedImmigration, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (January 2010), and the AILA Annual National Conference in Washington D.C. (July 2010).  Ms. Cardenas Conn is an active participant in the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc., receiving 80 hours of training on complex immigration law issues.  In November 2010, Ms. Cardenas Conn participated in a seminar held in in El Paso, Texas with special guest Santiago Burciaga, Chief of the Immigrant Visa Section for the U.S. Consulate General Ciudad Juarez, where she obtained in-depth knowledge and strategies for successful Visa applications. Ms. Cardenas Conn is an active member of the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Advisory Committee, and is the host of a Saturday morning radio show on Homero 106.1 F.M. educating her listeners on U.S. immigration laws. Ms. Cardenas Conn earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1990, and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1986. Ms. Cardenas Conn has been an active member of the California State Bar in good standing since 1991.
